The B4 Garden*** accommodation is located in the resort area of Siófok, in a quiet environment, 200 meters from the Balaton coast.
The single-storey family house, located on a corner plot, is separated from the outside world by a high hedge, the garden is well-kept and well-maintained. A large covered terrace is attached to both sides of the house, where garden furniture, garden seating, and a barbecue are at the guests' disposal. A separate fire pit, barbecue, and sports facilities have also been created in the grassy area.
The spacious house can accommodate 7 people (3 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom, toilet, hallway). The house has a hallway, a large living room with a dining table, sofa, desk, large screen TV, bathroom with bathtub, separate toilet, kitchen and three bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped, mechanized, there is also a smaller dining table here and from here the back exit of the house opens onto the covered terrace. In the bathroom there is also a washing machine and dryer.
All bedroom have a double bed with a bed frame. The parent’s bedroom has also a comfortable double sofa bed, and this room also opens onto a smaller lounge area, where an extra bed can be added for one person (e.g. a child who wants to sleep with their parents). The third room has a double bed and a single bed for a comfortable rest. Each room is decorated with special wallpapers.
You can enter the yard by car through the side street entrance, and there is parking for two cars in the enclosed yard. If needed, a third car can park on the street for free.
The furnishings of the rooms are homely and comfortable, the harmony of colors, materials, and furniture reflects a high level of comfort.
Every room and the kitchen are equipped with modern cooling/heating air conditioning equipment.
